ORDERING GUIDE
FOR WESTERN UNION PAYMENT
* ALL PRICES FOUND AT THE SITE ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
* Our MINIMUM TOTAL ORDER is $ 25.00
* Our MINIMUM QUANTITY ORDER is 3 pieces PER ITEM
* Start browsing our website from the GO SHOPPING MENU.
* If you decide you want to REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ), download our RFQ FORM. Fill out the form completely and accurately. Make sure you fill out the major informations like name, phone number, address and email.
* Send the form back to us by fax or email.
* Once we receive your RFQ, we will contact you via messenger, email or phone to confirm your request.
* After the confirmation, we will then send you our PRO FORMA INVOICE for you to review.
* After reviewing the INVOICE, we need you to sign, date and send it back to us via email at inquire@pettreetopia.com or fax 1.408.228.0714.
* Payment via Western Union, must be receive within 2 days after the submission of INVOICE. If after 2 days we do not receive any payments, we will cancel the order.
* Orders will ONLY be process upon payment receipt.
